Michelle is the owner and director of The Learning World. She earned her bachelor's degree from The College of Idaho and has had 30+ years experience working in both early education and elementary settings. Michelle has also had many roles in leadership and management. She has led many teams throughout her career with her most recent roles being Director for both Montessori and traditional preschool settings. She looks forward to leading her new team of teachers and partnering with parents to help grow minds of all kinds.

Meet Our Teachers
Briona is a lead teacher at The Learning World. She has earned a bachelor's degree from The College of Idaho as well as a master's degree from Walden University. Briona has worked as a preschool teacher for over 7 years, which has given her experience in both Montessori and Reggio Emilia settings. She has a passion for teaching and helping children grow to their full potential.
Aryka is a lead teacher at The Learning World. She earned her bachelor's degree in Psychology at Southern New Hampshire University. Aryka has experience in different preschool settings and has worked in childcare for over 6 years. She enjoys helping kids thrive.
Shaina is a STEM teacher at The Learning World. She has 4 years of experience teaching preschool-aged children in both a traditional setting as well as STEM. Shaina has an associate’s degree in Early Childhood Education. She believes that children learn best in an environment where they are able to be creative and express themselves. This belief has ignited her passion to be a part of raising the next generation of thinkers and leaders.
Ashley is a substitute teacher at The Learning World. She has 5+ years of experience teaching preschool aged children in both a traditional setting as well as Montessori. Ashley is currently going to school for Occupational Therapy which has greatly deepened her knowledge of pediatric development. In addition to working at The Learning World, Ashley also works at St. Luke’s. Ashley is passionate about helping children succeed emotionally, socially, and developmentally.
